Cenalorivex started in a small studio in Barton when three professional editors realized something important. Students everywhere were learning editing software, but they weren't learning how to actually edit.
The gap between knowing which buttons to press and understanding how to shape a story was massive. We saw people who could navigate complex interfaces but couldn't build tension in a scene or pace a sequence properly.
So we built something different. Instead of just teaching software features, we designed courses around real editing scenarios. Each lesson focuses on a specific technique you'll actually use, taught by editors who work on commercial projects daily.
Our instructors aren't career teachers. They're working editors who still cut projects for clients between courses. That matters because techniques evolve quickly, and you need to learn methods that actually work in current production environments.
